Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer Description:
(1) Cutting
Cut steel to little parts by plasma cutting machine, which are used for suitable welding and splicing
(2) Welding
After steel cutting process, the next step is welding. The main work in this process is beam welding. The top
plate-bottom plate and the middle plate will be welding together., which will use submerged arc welding process.
This type of welding is very special, which exclusively used in I beam welding. After this welding process, other
parts of the trailer will be used different welding ways, like steel-argon arc welding, electric arc welding, manual
welding, gas welding and so on.
(3) Blasting
This process is the first step of surface cleanness, stress relief and derusting, which will be done before paiting.
(4) Electrophoresis coating
This process is used for detailed surface cleanness.
(5) Epoxy zinc primer spray coating
This process is the lasting one before paiting. The tanker will be painted after this process.
(6) Assembly
After all the process we have mentioned, the last procedure of the trailer is assembly. In this process all the parts
will be assembled, which include tire, wheel rim, king pin, landing gear, suspension, spring leaf, brake chamber,
air wiring, electricity wiring, brake system, etc.
(7) Packing
The last process is packing. Tanker trailers will use different packing ways as customer required.
